2. Why is this cost effective?

3. What is expected of me in the hiring
process?
We will handle as much or as little of the process as you desire by
consulting with you to determine your exact needs.
Your job will be to provide us with a complete and concise job description. In
the event one is not available, a CPC will assist you in preparing one. Your
feedback will be crucial on both resumes that have been submitted and candidates
that have been interviewed.
Finally, as in any relationship, honesty is the key. If a candidate is not up to
your expectations we need to know, if something happened during the interview,
let us know that also. This feedback will enable to fine-tune our efforts and
present candidates that meet your expectations.

4. How do we start building a relationship
that works?
A client visit will take place in order for the CPC to understand your
business, the atmosphere and culture of the office and key players and the
details of the skill sets required.
As qualified candidates are identified, the resume, along with a brief
biography, will be presented to you via email of fax. After you agree that this
is a candidate of interest, we will coordinate the interviewing process with
you. It may take place either at your office/factory/site/ or at our office.

5. What can I expect then?
It is likely that you will at least request a second interview or possibly
be prepared to make an offer. Our special feature includes an in-depth reference
check wherein, on particular requisition, appraisal of candidate’s resume can be
arranged by private security/detective agencies. We will liaise between you and
the candidate with regard to any per-employment testing or background checks
that your company may require.
Once a start date has been established, walking the candidate through the
resignation process to ensure a smooth flow of events is a critical piece of our
job. Your new employee will be checked in by your CPC on the first day of
employment and we will continue to follow up with both of you periodically. This
appraisal will enable us to select the best candidate for your future need at
one hand; it will reduce your employee’s turnover rate, which results into
enhancement of your reputation in market on the other hand.

6. Is there consistency?
SECSPL does not employ an outside sales staff. From start to finish, your
Personal Consultant remains the same. When you contact SECSPL Placement, your
CPC or his colleague, who is well acquainted with your requirements will always
be available to you during business hours.

7. What are my options?
There are multiple options with you, like-
(A) The Temporary Solution-Temporary employees are typically supplied to
companies of need of special projects, additional coverage during vacation or
leaves or simply to fill a vacant position while seeking a “ permanent”
employee. During the time, the temporary employee is working with you; SECSPL
remains the employer of record, handling all payroll, insurance, paperwork and
tax responsibilities. Your CPC in constant communication with you and the
temporary employee during this assignment.
(B) The Temp to hire Arrangement- SECSPL clients may take advantage of a ‘temp
to hire” placement, creating a risk free probationary period while SECSPL
placement is the employer of record. For you, this means no unemployment,
workers compensation or other staffing costs. You and the employee can both take
this time to evaluate the relationship and then make commitment with total
confidence.
(C) Direct Hire Placement-This service is offered to clients on a contingency
basis. The recruiting fee based on a fraction of the employee’s first years’
earnings. Your Certified Personnel Consultant listens to your need and works
with you in complete discretion. Our job does not end with the placement. Your
CPC will stay in contact with both, your organization and the candidate, well
after the start date.
